The hotel is located in the heart of Punta del Este, conveniently near shops and beaches, but it certainly doesn't live up to its advertised 5-star status. The rooms are spacious but had some maintenance issues, while the staff is eager to assist despite language barriers. Dining options weren't great, especially at the hotel restaurant, although a nearby gem called Scarlett made the trip worthwhile. Overall, it’s decent, but I’d recommend looking for better options if you can.
